Foster City man receives 'I'm watching you' call

Harassment: At 1:08 p.m. Sunday, a man reported that he received a threatening phone call from another man who said, “I’m watching you.” The man who called police said it might be someone who he has not seen in seven years. The responding officer attempted to make contact with the other man.

Suspicious: At 9:05 p.m. Sunday, a woman called and wanted to speak with an officer regarding her son’s tutor, who gave him $2 and also took his picture when she was not in the room.

South City

Early-morning trouble: At 1:13 a.m. Sunday, a woman reported that she was by the Public Storage facility on Oyster Point Boulevard and her car was stalled and blocking the road. She said she was from out of the area and was scared. She wanted assistance from police to help her push the car out of the way.

Noises: At 3:20 a.m. Wednesday, a person reported hearing something walking on the roof and didn’t think that it was an animal.
