Alemany Boulevard and Ellsworth Street: 8:08 a.m. Tuesday

A man was robbed of his iPhone and cash by two thugs simulating a gun, police said.

Silver Avenue and Princeton Street: Noon Monday

A 24-year-old woman was robbed, police said. While she was walking, a man grabbed her purse. She struggled, but was ultimately overcome and the crook fled with her purse.

500 block of Precita Avenue: 4:12 a.m. Tuesday

A business was burglarized, police said. Responding officers found the front door lying on the ground, and the manager told them the cash register had been emptied.

Yosemite Avenue and Third Street:3:30 p.m. Monday

An 86-year-old woman was robbed of her purse, police said. The crook snuck up from behind and snatched her bag. She was not injured in the incident.
