Cops seek man accused of pimping mentally disabled girlfriend

Cops are hunting this Peninsula fiend for pimping his mentally disabled girlfriend.

Nicholas Geranios, 27, allegedly advertised his 21-year-old girlfriend on various computer sites, according to the South San Francisco Police Department.

He manipulated her into performing sexual acts throughout San Mateo County, cops said. He then stuffed the cash earnings in his own pocket, they said.

Investigators caught onto the scheme and launched an investigation Sept. 15. Cops contacted Geranios’ girlfriend, who confirmed the abuse, police said.

During the investigation, Geranios fled and remains on the lam, police said.

Geranios has residences in either Redwood City or South City.

The investigation included a search of a home in the 800 block of El Camino Real, police said.

Authorities are seeking the public’s help in detaining Geranios. He stands about 5-feet, 8-inches tall, weighs 200 pounds and has blue eyes, police said.

Anyone with information is encouraged to call South City police at (650) 877-8900.
