If you listen to Conrad Murray’s latest plea via voicemail for “help” in jail, you might even start to feel sorry for the man who killed Michael Jackson.

He claims that an untreated shoulder injury is causing him serious pain and that he can no longer use his hands — which begs the question of how is he holding the phone?

Anyhoo, TMZ has gotten a hold of a message he left for a friend where he breaks down sobbing as he begs for assistance in this matter. Motrin, he says, ain’t cutting it (to paraphrase). But hey, at least he doesn’t have to worry about menstrual cramps anymore.

The ironic thing is that one of his main complaints is that he can’t sleep, something he was hired by M.J. to help him with and ultimately resulted in the King of Pop’s death.
