Attorney mediator could be appointed to Police Commission 

Carol Kingsley, the former chair of the Ethics Commission, could become a member of the Police Commission as soon as Tuesday. Kingsley is an attorney mediator who specializes in business disputes and real estate construction and estate-trust conflicts. She was appointed to the Police Commission by Mayor Gavin Newsom and could be approved by supervisors Tuesday.
