  • Actor Alec Baldwin is seen at Manhattan Criminal Court on November 12, 2013 in New York City. Baldwin is testifying against an alleged stalker, Genevieve Sabourin, who was arrested outside his apartment building in 2012 and claims to be romantically involved with him.
No one will ever accuse Alec Baldwin of being stoic.

When he testified Tuesday in New York at the trial of the woman he says is stalking him, he broke down in sobs on the stand, TMZ reports.

Genevieve Sabourin allegedly has been sending him nonstop tweets and emails, and even showed up at his house.

She claims they slept together. When Baldwin denied it in court, Sabourin yelled out “really?!”

Though some are calling his waterworks an act, Baldwin says she has made his life miserable — and shed the tears to prove it.

Still, he hasn’t gone soft. On the way out of the courtroom he had some Baldwinesque words for reporters: “I hope you choke to death.”
