Isn't it amazing that we humans have survived this long, I mean being as stupid and careless as Mr. Dolan describes? My goodness how did we get this far- you know by actually being responsible for our own choices? Isn't it hard to imagine a world where we do get along with the need for condescending experts like Mr. Dolan to hold our hands, treat us all like children? I've read his brilliant analysis several times now, and am absolutely sure Mr. Dolan, guardian of our collective safety, is far more concerned about all of the trials (can you say contingency fee?) that might not take place when freaky things like, well people just getting along, happen. Any time I hear a lawyer complain about "class actions being excluded, and calling for more laws, in country based on an economy of choices, I have a sudden urge to shower. I have the perfect solution to Mr. Dolan's grave concerns for my safety- you sir stay out of my life, my choices, and I'll stay way clear of yours. Problem solved. Go find your 40% elsewhere.
