Israel does indeed practice racism as a state policy contrary to the values of Judaism. This racism exists both within Israel proper and in the occupied West Bank. Let me stick to the occupied West Bank for sake of brevity. Settlements have been built on occupied land for the exclusive use of Jewish settlers. Roads exist that only settlers can use. In fact Arabs cannot even cross these roads. Checkpoints exist within the West Bank where often women die while giving birth and soldiers look on. A wall has been built that penetrates beyond the green line, the border between Israel and the West Bank. This wall serves a dual purpose: security (a good purpose), and land-grabbing and consolidation of settlements (not a good purposes). Arabs are denied permits to dig water wells on their own land while settlers receive such permits. Smells like apartheid and racism to me!!!
