In spite of her revolting, tacky addiction to retail spending and cosmetic procedures she actually seems very likeable and down to earth, but what a grumpy old a**hole he is ! Without his money he is miserable. That sums him up. His young son comes to tell him he loves him ... what does he reply "Thankyou. But if you love me, then turn the lights off". What a great dad.
I don't feel any sympathy for either of these hollow people, but I do feel for the children that they have produced and the children David Siegel produced in his first marriage that he allowed to languish in poverty until he felt ready to include them in his life.
