How much street bond money has been used to subsidize SFPUC that must repave a street after repiping? Many streets repaved under this diversion were not in need of repaving until the SFPUC showed up.

So, 20% of MUNI demand probably accounts for less than 5% of the total fare revenue. The total system fare revenue only covers less than 15% of the total cost of operating MUNI. The people that use this system need to pay much more or the costs need to be radically reduced.
Some time ago there were some local articles about the drug dealing in eastern GGP and police efforts to reduce it. Some people actually defended the drug dealing believing it did not affect others. Drug dealing centers always have a radius of violence and theft spiking out from it's center.
Using SF taxpayer funds to give a nice monthly subsidy to Caltrans.
