They poisoned our wonderful healthcare system and now they are intentionally poisoning our air with aluminum oxide. The sheeple trust their governments as the ignorant fools they are. Educate yourselves dummies ... research chemtrails on the internet and demand that the enviro wackos provide detailed explanations.
Who's primarily responsible for the affordability crisis? Answer ... the far left progressive government. From the building, planning and environment departments to the $15 minimum wage proposal from buffoon Lee and to unrestrained growth in SF's government with six figure annual retirement pensions. SF is also the nexus for the welfare industry dangling free everything to any destitute individual to move to SF and enjoy our compassionate offerings. All this trickles down to an extremely high cost of living including housing. All the hard core lefties and the young brainwashed mush heads vote for every new government program without understanding the true cost-benefit. Our progressive politicians, sanctuary city and open border madness, the embedded illegal drug industry have all played a significant role in making this a high cost city. To address the affordability crisis steps need to be taken to downsize the city government with their enormous salaries and platinum retirement pensions and to attract more politicians with administrative and professional skills rather than more lawyers, community organizers, and immigrant fanatics.
I hope Lee's directive to priotize affordable housing development and to protect the existing housing stock extends to properties like the historic Rube Goldberg building (194 Gough), three blocks from Twitter, where tenants are being Ellis Acted, and 1005 Market, 1049 Market, and 1067 Market, two blocks from Twitter, where hundreds of tenants either face either holiday eviction notices or huge rent increases from John Gall and Amy Bogart....as these owners try to cash in on skyrocketing commercial office space rents caused by Twitter, Yammer, Square, Dolby and others coming into the neighborhood because of the tax break!
