I hope the company will at least help by providing training for these laid off workers. I used the training at www.powermoveprofessionals.com. It helped to change my life when I was between jobs and I am sure It can do the same for them as well.
Common supply of info for me personally will be your blog, this is just about the degrees of precisely why it can be therefore awesome. Looking forward to reading through far more. Is it just that I am so cruel and evil that I think this fine is equal to asking Bill Gates to fork over a penny?
If what Apple is doing is legal, then, back off !! Just because Apple is a rich successful company does that mean that the USA should find ways to rip-off their wealth, outrageous!!Companies will pack up and an exodus my follow should the American Government start prosecuting successful companies.
I am Brenn Wyson former kink gay porn star. What I can say? What goes on behind closed doors is a lot a sex abuse in way of transmitting HIV, HEP and whatever STD will snake there way in the the doors of Kink.com. The stars working at kink.com, making money will never disclose their bad behavior and the porn stars they throw to the trash. The drugs the lies the penis injections, which is against the law in San Fran to give to a porn star. But the are sure willing to stick your genitals to get the job done. I know what goes on behind closed doors and its sick, unsafe and your life is one the line. Trust me Kink.com will talk shit about you If you have a mouth to speak. I know because It happened to me. Its has taken me a long time to get my real career back and make an honest living. You never want to become a porn star because all the main porn companies will lie to you. Now I have to deal with Hep C, As a boxer this has been a damper on my life. I'm still a fighter and have recreated my life. Hopefully I can redirect others into stepping on the devils tale in the palace of porn.
Brenn Wyson. Broward Boxing.
Thank you Obama for all the layoffs and contributing to higher unemployment. The company operates within the govt rules and then the govt cries foul and attack a legitimate American company. More people heading to the unemployment lines. When are you liberal left wingers going to learn?
Dumb, don't ever sexytime where you eat, even if the eating started after the sexytime. Even better judgment: find your fling a job elsewhere if he's talented and smart. Help him out, help out a friend at another company. Dumb.
@No Hate: "I realize that continuing any physical relationship after he began working at Square was poor judgment on my part," he wrote in the blog post.
Did you skip this sentence?
The company thinks he exercised poor judgement because a previous fling was hired by his company????? Wow. I think he exercised EXCELLENT judgement to stop having a relationship with someone once they became a co-worker. Unfortunately, seemingly greedy, desperate people can sue / blackmail with ANY accusations.
This past week both averaged 36 pages...they looked CHEAP and trashy, and maybe good to enough to put under a bird cage to grab bird manure, that's all....People don't READ cruddy papers, the Net is where they are at this moment...
oh fck there goes the neighberhood
You mean preserve the incredible left leaning and bias, don't you? Wouldn't want an actual journalistic reporting company to acquire the rag right?
Seems like awesome news! Save the alternative weeklies!
@Jeanette Berger: The day that your job gets off-shored, and you are forced to take a job as an airport screener because it's the only way that you can feed your kids, I hope someone says this to your face. Every day.
It is inherentely a problem when the company doing security checks is doing so for a profit. Targets have to be met and they will be met through hook or crook because otherwise they will lose the contract to a new company willing to meet the targets. Targets are decided on by people sitting at a desk looking at a piece of paper. The squeeze is to the penny and often unrealistic so only those companies willing to fudge are the ones who succeed. Most of the time nothing will happen as consequence of letting the flagged bags go without examination. Airport security should not be run by airlines as they have a conflict of interest -piss off a customer (justly or unjustly) or do good security? Delay flights to examine bags? Piss off customers by leaving bags behind because they have to be examined? They will choose to fudge it and hope for the best after all terrorist attacks don't happen that often. The choice needs to be made. You can't have everything. What will it be? Safety at all cost (ie time and money)? Reasonable safety at reasonable cost and we will accept that every once in a while a terrorist attack will occur? Absolute freedom with all its implications (life in a Western town)?Americans want everything and for a penny.
@Guest: Oh, don't be difficult. You know that these allegations are made by evil Union members seeking to protect their turf. Oh, what's that? You're referring to actual events like the Bencomo case? Again, don't be difficult; you're only confusing the union-haters with facts.BTW - I notice that Gutless Obama signed a bill supposedly making it easier to contract out security. Guess he never will grow a pair.
@Trampled_Citizen: It had to happen. An anti-union [noun] crawls out of the woodwork. When your loved ones are blown up on a plane where the alarmed materials were not searched, and the log was covered up -- how will you feel?
Anyone want to bet the whistle blowers are influenced by TSA Union membership and UNION benefits?
TSA gets sexual satisfaction out of molesting kids, and all of us by doing it legal patting on us,and feeling us
Could we lose the false label "private"? The TSA dictates every move Covenant makes -- that's hardly "private." It is instead the classic definition of "fascist economy," in which industry and government collude to prey on the public. At the end of the day, Covenant tries to please TSA and SFO. Both are government. If aviation's security were truly private, the airlines would handle it themselves. And they'd strike a balance between protecting their multi-billion dollar jets and their customers (crashes put airlines out of business) while pleasing them. Truly private security would be unobtrusive but effective.ABOLISH THE TSA.
