Shortly after the robbery, police arrested a 17-year-old East Palo Alto boy who had the victim’s cell phone in his possession, police said.

Police conducted a follow-up investigation and identified the other three suspects, police said.

Walker was booked into San Mateo County Jail.

Investigators are still trying to locate the other two suspects.
