Prop. 39 is smart tax reform

Proposition 39 seeks to reform how out-of-state companies doing business in California calculate their taxes. It should bring in about $1 billion more each year in revenue, and it will invest $550 million in clean-energy initiatives annually for five years — a win-win for the state.
