Police investigate Monday morning homicide in SF

A man was stabbed to death Monday morning in the Tenderloin, according to police.

The incident at Jones Street and Golden Gate Avenue happened at about 8 a.m., and no arrest has been made in the case, Capt. Teresa Ewins said.

Police remained at the scene near a bus stop at Market and Fifth streets.

The killing marks The City’s 13th of the year.

The victim’s age and name have not been released.
