A man was robbed at gunpoint in the Excelsior neighborhood Wednesday, police said. The 35-year-old victim was walking eastbound on Brazil Street toward Vienna about 10:40 p.m. when he was approached by two men in their 20s, police Officer Albie Esparza said. Authorities busted two men during a police sting conducted on Monday, one for allegedly pimping out a minor, according to the SFPD. Jaquain Young, 39, of San Francisco, reportedly recruited a minor for commercial sexual services. Man shot dead in San Francisco’s Bayview neighborhood identified

The San Francisco man who was fatally wounded in a shooting in San Francisco’s Bayview neighborhood this morning has been identified, the Medical Examiner’s Office said. The victim, 22-year-old Dominic Scott, was reportedly shot about 8:24 a.m. when numerous residents heard gunfire and called police, local authorities said. When officers arrived at the location of the incident, Third Street and Palou Avenue, they found the victim suffering from numerous gunshot wounds.
