A drunken man was stabbed after bumping into another man in the Mission District Tuesday night, police said. The 50-year-old victim was reportedly heavily intoxicated while walking in the 2800 block of Mission Street, near the 24th Street BART station, when he bumped into a 45-year-old man who was wearing a sun hat. A man brought to the hospital with a stab wound on his arm told police he was attacked outside a Polk Street nightclub early Tuesday. At about 1:30 a.m., according to the 22-year-old man, he was outside the club Noble, which is located between Turk and Eddy streets, when he got into an argument with four men. A man who was hit with a baseball bat in a Western Addition park on Tuesday was accused of striking out with the assailant’s girlfriend, police said.The attack reportedly occurred at Raymond Kimball Playground near Geary Boulevard and Steiner Street at about 4:45 p.m.The victim had been drinking all day with the couple, police said, even though he had only known the pair for one day.At one point the girlfriend accused the victim of hitting on her.
