A man brought to the hospital with a stab wound on his arm told police he was attacked outside a Polk Street nightclub early Tuesday.
At about 1:30 a.m., according to the 22-year-old man, he was outside the club Noble, which is located between Turk and Eddy streets, when he got into an argument with four men.
During the brawl, the victim said he was stabbed by one of the men. However, the victim could not describe the suspects or the vehicle they fled in, police said. Read More

About 1:30 p.m., an unidentified man reportedly walked into a fifth-floor office at 27 Maiden Lane, near Kearny and Market streets, while employees were in a meeting.

A man who was hit with a baseball bat in a Western Addition park on Tuesday was accused of striking out with the assailant’s girlfriend, police said.The attack reportedly occurred at Raymond Kimball Playground near Geary Boulevard and Steiner Street at about 4:45 p.m.The victim had been drinking all day with the couple, police said, even though he had only known the pair for one day.At one point the girlfriend accused the victim of hitting on her. A massive man who failed to push his way into a packed Muni bus in the Excelsior district last weekend reportedly punched and strangled a 15-year-old girl and also hit her mother.
As of Wednesday, police were still hunting for the pushy thug who launched the shocking attack on the teenager at Mission Street and Onondaga Avenue, about two blocks from Balboa High School.

A robber threatened to shoot a store clerk in Lower Pacific Heights on Wednesday for being too slow at handing over the cash, police said.

A man was beaten into unconsciousness with a handgun after leaving a check cashing business in the Tenderloin on Tuesday night, police said.The 45-year-old victim was reportedly counting his cash while walking near Turk and Jones streets when two goons attacked him at about 7 p.m.One of the suspects grabbed him and held him while the other hit him with a gun until he was unconscious, police said.
