A man has been has been shot by an officer at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, university police confirm.
Police also say it is an isolated incident and students are not in danger.
UC Berkeley spokesperson Dan Mogulof confirmed that a shooting had taken place in the Haas School of Business on the Cal campus Tuesday afternoon. Reports say the shooting happened inside the third-floor computer lab.
Students and faculty were evacuated from the building.

Not so fast, would-be bike thief! The people at WCG in San Francisco had their crime watch binoculars on and were able to thwart the attempts of a preppy-looking crook.
Video shows a female running in front of the thief, who was clumsily trying to make his getaway on the bike, and knocking him from the seat. The goon regains his balance and makes his escape, this time on foot.
