Four Florida men posing as relief workers were arrested and charged with looting tornado-struck homes in Pleasant Grove, Ala. A witness called the county sheriff after seeing the foursome allegedly taking property from unoccupied houses and loading it into a truck. Deputies said that when arrested, the men had property from storm victims’ homes as well as materials used by Alabama Power to repair damaged lines.
