Man buys stolen car in exchange for meth

When West Virginia state police stopped Jerry Wayne Means for allegedly driving a car that was reported stolen, he reportedly told them he paid a woman 2 grams of methamphetamine for the vehicle. He was charged with several criminal counts, including possession of a stolen vehicle and delivery of a controlled substance.
