Washington, D.C., Councilman and former Mayor Marion Barry’s car was reported stolen last week. But according to police, the keys had been left in the ignition. As a longtime resident of D.C., Barry should know better than to leave his flashy silver 2002 Jaguar in a notoriously crime-ridden part of the city, let alone unlocked and ready to roll.
