An Ohio man who was arrested Christmas Eve on drunken-driving charges is blaming Ozzy Osbourne. The 33-year-old, who will be arraigned Tuesday, said, “Ozzy Osbourne and his music made me do it.” The heavy-metal singer, who made his name with Black Sabbath before embarking on a long solo career, has not responded.
