A RESPONSE: After police came to the man’s house and demanded that he stick up his hands, a police dog began gnawing on the man’s arm.
A MISTAKE: Only then did police realize that the accusation was false. The man has missed work and has hospital bills due to injuries. His accuser is now in jail.
