WHAT: In a massive overnight clean-out, burglars made off with more than $10 million in phone-related merchandise from an Orlando, Fla., wireless retailer. They used the company’s own forklifts to load their loot onto three stolen trailers in the loading dock.

HOW: The gang climbed to the roof of an empty warehouse, removed eight skylights, then broke through inner walls. It disabled security cameras, wiped the scene clean of fingerprints, ate meals on-site and took all the cash. Damage to the building was estimated at $50,000.

WHY IT’S OUTRAGEOUS: According to police, the store’s assistant manager was alerted early by the security company that there was “a phone-line error inside of the business.” But no one was sent to inspect the warehouse and authorities were not contacted.
