VISALIA, Calif. — Police have arrested a suspected gang member after a shooting inside a Central Valley shopping mall that sent two men to the hospital. Visalia police Sgt. Damon Maurice says 18-year-old Anthony Hansen was taken into custody by members of a SWAT team at his home around 2 a.m. Saturday. Hansen was being held on suspicion of attempted homicide in the shooting at the Visalia Mall Friday night of 20-year-Miguel Alcala and 21-year-old Steven Haynes. Read More
