Country music power couple Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton were married Saturday night at a ranch in Boerne, Texas. The bride walked down the aisle wearing her mother’s wedding dress in front of 550 guests who included Reba McEntire, Katherine Heigl and husband Josh Kelley, Kelly Clarkson and Martina McBride.
“I’m married to my best friend!” Miranda gushed to “Us” after the nuptials. “Looking forward to a lifetime of laughter.”
“I wanted to be married to Miranda the day I proposed,” “The Voice” judge Blake chimed in. “Finally, it’s official!”
Congrats to the happy couple!
Once again, Jesse James is whining about people hating him — and making us hate him more. While promoting his new memoir “American Outlaw,” the celebiker is not only unrepentant about cheating on now-ex-wife Sandra Bullock, he seems to feel it’s unfair for anyone to judge him.
“I cheated on my wife,” the reality star declared to “Men’s Journal.” “Guess what? So do millions of other men.”
“To be honest, it was unfair on me to even be in a relationship. I sabotaged everything,” Jesse said of his Oscar-winning former spouse. “I was never 100 percent in.”
To CNN’s Piers Morgan, he mused, “I don’t think me and Sandy were ever really friends.” Jesse said he and current fiancee Kat Von D’s relationship is “on a higher level” — hence no infidelity.
“Back when I was listening every day to some new person say what a [screwup] I was, I hit the wall. I had a day where I was literally wondering how much more of this I could take,” Jesse said. “And one person reached out. Guess who that was? Everyone else thought I was toxic. The fact that Kat is willing to be with me now? And get demonized in the tabloids for it? God, I really love her.”
Still and all, Kat, are you sure you want to be with a dude who doesn’t seem to feel the least bit guilty about cheating on his unsuspecting wife?
Get this: Now that pop singer Adele is music’s It Girl, her ex-boyfriend actually had the nerve to ask for a cut of her royalties—because her heartbreak over him inspired her to write her hit debut album “19.”
“For about a week he was calling and was deadly serious about it,” the British beauty told the U.K.’s Sun. “Finally, I said, ‘Well, you made my life hell, so I lived it and now I deserve it.”
“He really thought he’d had some input into the creative process by being a” … bad boyfriend, Adele said. “I’ll give him this credit, he made me an adult and put me on the road that I’m traveling.”
Naturally, Adele turned down the deluded dude’s request for a payoff. But she wouldn’t name him to the paper — which means some unsuspecting girl is going to end up with this cad. Let’s hope she has the foresight to copyright anything she writes about him!
