San Francisco Mayor Ed Lee Tuesday announced the appointment of Nicole Bohn as director of the Mayor’s Office on Disability.
Bohn has previously served as the director of the Disability Programs and Resource Center at San Francisco State University and as a manager of the University of San Francisco’s reasonable accommodation program and policies.
“Ms. Bohn’s 20 years of extensive experience as a San Francisco resident working in the field of disability services and universal accessibility makes her uniquely qualified to advance the important mission of MOD,” Lee said in a statement Tuesday.
Bohn has a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and in sociology from the University of Wisconsin, and master’s degrees in counseling and in writing from the University of San Francisco.
