Man critically injured in Candlestick Point shooting

A man was shot and critically injured near Candlestick Park late Sunday night, police said.

The 23-year-old-victim walked into the hospital with a life-threatening gunshot wound just before midnight. The suspect lost his cellphone in the incident. There have been no updates on his condition.

Police have a suspect and an investigation is pending.
