Man accused of threatening to ‘blow up’ San Bruno City Hall

A 38-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of threatening to “blow up” City Hall in San Bruno Tuesday afternoon.

Police identified Keith Gillam, a San Bruno resident, and arrested him around 11 a.m. Wednesday.

No explosive devices were found during a search of his residence, but police say they seized firearms and other evidence at the scene.

Gillam has since been booked into San Mateo County Jail on suspicion of making criminal threats. Anyone with additional information is asked to contact investigators at (650) 616-7100.
