Muni passengers could soon have access to a lot more information about the transit system’s operations.
The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency, which operates Muni, is considering tracking new items for its quarterly performance reports as part of a proposed revamp of its service standards.
Under the plan, the SFMTA would publicly post the average speed of its transit lines and their on-time departure rates from stops, among other information.
The agency’s board of directors will vote on the changes at its meeting today.
