A man was taken to a hospital after a crash on the Bay Bridge this morning that involved an AC Transit bus and several other vehicles, California Highway Patrol spokesman Tony Tam said.
The collision, reported just after 6 a.m., blocked two lanes on westbound Interstate Highway 80 on the Bay Bridge’s eastern span.
A 28-year-old Vallejo man driving a Chevrolet Avalanche was transported to Kaiser Permanente Oakland Medical Center, but Tam did not know his condition.
A Nissan Versa and a Ford pickup truck were also involved in the accident, Tam said. No other injuries were reported.
