SF marks year’s 13th homicide

The City tallied its 13th homicide of the year when a 19-year-old Albany man was shot to death in the Oceanview neighborhood in what police say was a gang-related killing.

The shooting happened at Plymouth Avenue and Broad Street at about 11:40 p.m. Monday. Cameron Enis — identified Tuesday — was pronounced dead at the scene.

Homicide Lt. Mike Stasko said Enis had “a lot of ties to the neighborhood” and was believed to have been standing with a small group outside a youth center at the time of the shooting.

Stasko said witnesses have not yet come forward. A car, possibly a Mercedes, was seen leaving the scene of the shooting, he said.
