Several key city offices are changing counter hours beginning July 1 due to budget constraints. Administrative services will operate 9 a.m. to noon, 1 to 3 p.m. and by appointment. Four other departments — Building, Community Development, Planning and Public Works — have counter availability from 9 a.m. to noon and by appointment, while Police Records is available 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays; it is closed Fridays.
