SAN FRANCISCO — Daly City native Bren Bataclan will be leaving his cartoon-inspired acrylic paintings in public spaces around San Francisco from Christmas to New Year’s as free gifts for anyone interested in taking them home. The art will have a note attached saying, “Everything will be all right.” The artist, who lives in Boston, has been giving away his paintings across the country and around the world for five years.
