A pedestrian struck and killed Saturday morning on southbound Interstate Highway 280 in Daly City has been identified as David Hanna, 27, of San Francisco, according to the San Mateo County coroner's office.
According to the California Highway Patrol, Hanna was struck by at least two vehicles just north of Eastmoor Avenue at about 4:30 a.m.
The vehicle that first struck Hanna fled the scene and has not been identified, according to the CHP.
The incident remains under investigation.
