Coroner IDs woman pulled from Pacifica surf

A woman whose body was pulled from the surf Friday morning was identified by the San Mateo County Coroner’s Office on Saturday as 54-year-old Rosemary Furenza.

The Pacifica resident’s partially clothed body was found in the water by two fishermen at Manor Beach and reported shortly after 8:30 a.m.

A cause of death had not been determined as of Saturday afternoon, according to the Coroner’s Office.
