Signal problems are causing minor Caltrain delays this morning, a Caltrain spokeswoman said.
Northbound train No. 329, a Baby Bullet express train that was scheduled to leave the Tamien station in San Jose at 7:56 a.m., is 12 minutes behind schedule, spokeswoman Christine Dunn said.
