Ocean Beach

Start your ride down 25th Avenue into the Seacliff neighborhood, go down to Baker Beach and then around to Ocean Beach. Everyone should get at least 30 minutes of exercise each day. Nothing beats a ride with fresh ocean air and view of our lovely Pacific Ocean.

Bimma Loft showcases custom modern furnishings, cool eco-friendly fireplaces and some of the best artwork in The City. The staff is knowledgeable and unpretentious, the atmosphere is great and they have very good deals. It’s always a pleasure shopping there! I love their house music, as well.

Strolling on this beach is the best place to wind down on Sundays or anytime you want to release some stress, which is one of the four pillars of health. Make sure you take one hour each day for yourself and enjoy the things you love to make living worthwhile.
