The program for the 99th season of the San Francisco Symphony will be announced today. The music director, who’s entering his 16th season with the symphony, featured cellist Yo-Yo Ma, classical pianist Emanuel Ax and the Los Angeles Philharmonic last season. The announcement for the 2010-11 season takes place at 10 a.m. at Davies Symphony Hall, Van Ness Avenue and Grove Street.
