A 46-year-old San Francisco man who allegedly fatally stabbed another man inside a Tenderloin market earlier this week pleaded not guilty 
to murder today in San Francisco Superior Court, according to the district attorney's office.

Patrick Sullivan, who is being held on $5 million bail, is accused of killing 40-year-old William Quinn inside the Cadillac Market at 499 Eddy 
St. early Monday, following a dispute that prosecutors say may have involved drugs.

Sullivan was arrested outside the market. He is charged with one count of murder with the allegation of use of a deadly weapon, and faces 26 
years to life in prison if convicted.

The case is scheduled to return to court Jan. 22, according to the district attorney's office.
