America’s Cup viewing: What’s the best way to see the America’s Cup races? On bike, of course! Avoid the traffic and get a front-row seat to the epic event.

Girl bands:
Two local girl bands appear in concert. The Hot Toddies mix 1950s beach pop with indie rock. The She’s, inspired by the pop of the ’50s and ’60s, create their own garage pop. [9 p.m., Rickshaw Stop, 155 Fell St., S.F.]

America’s Cup viewing:
What’s the best way to see the America’s Cup races? On bike, of course! Avoid the traffic and get a front-row seat to the epic event. Pedal to the waterfront, along The Embarcadero or Crissy Field, and look for the sails. The San Francisco Bicycle Coalition is providing a free bike valet for those who want to post up and watch the races. [www.sfbike.org/americascup]

Top sails:

A great hike

Marin Headlands:
