Redwood City resident Melvina Lewis, a regular volunteer at Fair Oaks Intergenerational Center, is one of five people being honored at a 60th-anniversary celebration of the Family Service Agency of San Mateo County today. The nonprofit is changing its name to the Peninsula Family Service to mark its expansion beyond San Mateo County borders.
