Northbound BART passengers were facing major delays from the Millbrae and San Francisco International Airport stations Monday morning due to an equipment problem on the track, a transit dispatcher said.
Around 6:30 a.m., northbound Pittsburg/Bay Point trains were delayed more or less by 20 minutes, the dispatcher said. The delays began about an hour earlier, the official said.
