The San Francisco man convicted by a jury of stabbing and torturing his former girlfriend is scheduled to be in court today for sentencing. The 51-year-old man attacked his 38-year-old former girlfriend with a set of steak knives hours after being released from prison in a separate case. The girlfriend had broken up with him while he was incarcerated and he had threatened to harm her when he got out, according to the District Attorney’s Office.
