SAN FRANCISCO — San Francisco police are investigating a carjacking in the city's Visitacion Valley neighborhood early Sunday morning.

The carjacking was reported shortly after 3 a.m. in the 1800 block of Sunnydale Avenue, according to police.

The incident began when two people got out of a vehicle that parked on the street. Shortly afterward, two suspects got out of another
vehicle on the street and started chasing the two victims and shooting at them, police said.

The suspects then ran back and got a third person out of the victim's vehicle and took the vehicle, according to police.

Police are looking for a red 1998 Camaro that has a black top and 24-inch rims.
