SFFD responds to report of Western Addition stabbing to find no one

A reported stabbing called San Francisco firefighters out to a Western Addition neighborhood early this morning, but when they got there, the victim was gone.

The incident was reported at 6:55 a.m. at the intersection of Fulton and Fillmore streets near Alamo Square, according to the Fire Department.

When firefighters arrived, however, there was no one to be seen, the Fire Department said.
