San Francisco police search for suspects in Fisherman's Wharf stabbing

Police are searching for the suspects involved in a Friday night stabbing that injured one person near a San Francisco Fisherman's Wharf restaurant, police said.

A neighbor, who did not want to give his name, said as of midnight there were three police cars and at least four officers in front of the In-N-Out Burger chain, located at 333 Jefferson St.

San Francisco fire officials said one stabbing victim was taken to San Francisco General Hospital at 11:12 p.m.

Police said that there were three possible suspects but that no one had been taken into custody.

The neighbor said this morning the area around the In-N-Out was cordoned off with yellow police tape and there were three baseball caps and some pieces of clothing on the ground, along with napkins that appeared to be bloody.
