Anthony Pacrem, the suspect in the March 20 beating of a man in Bernal Heights who died from his injuries May 3, is set to be arraigned today on one count of murder. Pacrem was identified by witnesses and arrested following the assault, while the victim was still in critical condition. Bail has been set in the case in the amount of $1 million.
