Three people were injured in two separate shootings early Sunday morning on Polk Street and in the Bayview District, a police spokesman said.
Lt. Troy Dangerfield said an unknown male suspect shot a man and a woman near the intersection of Polk and California streets at about 3:10 a.m. The male victim’s condition was not known, and the woman’s injuries were described as non-life-threatening.
A second person is also being sought in connection with the shooting, according to Dangerfield.
At about 5:30 a.m., a man was shot in the leg during what is believed to have been a robbery in the 1000 block of Le Conte Avenue, Dangerfield said.
The male suspect in that shooting fled in a vehicle, according to Dangerfield.
No arrests were made in connection with either incident.
